Refund policy

SAINT RIOT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at saintriotllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Approved return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Saint Riot is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked final sale
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise
• Items without their original tags or packaging
• Personalized or custom-made items

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. If your return is approved, return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or product. Availability is not guaranteed because Saint Riot collections are released in limited quantities.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled.
